 As a teacher  I feel proud  to be in such a noble , profound and Respected profession .Being the Son of a great Teacher ,Mathematician and Physicist  ,the joy , happiness , and love which I get from  teaching my students makes me feel overwhelmed  and it cannot be explained.Each day and  every moment with my students is an opportunity  for me to learn different and unique things about them , and it makes me a part of them in the whole teaching and learning process..........................

Mathematics has always remained and will remain my favorite subject without which my cognitive abilities comes to a standstill. Being an Electrical  & Electronics Engineer has thought me the abstractness of technical and life sciences,to continue my researches in fields of art,psychology and medicine.

I have been teaching to engineering students from past seven years and, most part of my teaching career is as a Tutor. All these years I have been researching on how students learn specially when it comes to technical education . I have been developing several innovative teaching strategies for our future technical graduates.Teaching year back and failures has lead me to more interesting results  as to why students fail in engineering and what can be done to improve their coping  mechanisms for better results. Students cannot be held responsible for this but they are victims to it.Now due to my busy schedule , I have restricted my classes exclusively for  the First year Engineering .It is because the first year is where the actual foundation of engineering lies and this truth is neglected by most of our Engineering institutions..It is seen that Engineering suffers from too much emphasis on knowledge and teaching and not enough on technology and learning.

To my students Iam not a guru, teacher or a lecturer  but a  true friend ,a coach and a counselor.,. inspiring them and  nurturing them through out  their career.  God has given me the unique gift of teaching and exceptional learning qualities.. and multitasking abilities which others just think of ....My students have the uttermost advantage of tapping into into my exceptional knowledge resources and gaining what ever  they want..

My students always been successful in their academics and with the strong foundation I provide to them,they will continue to excel .My goal is not only the academic but also personal development of the individuals.Once my students will always be my student and  friends forever .Iam always there for my students to 'guide','point the way','lead' on what becomes a journey of exploration...

     Life is great .And I am happy to be alive. And " I never feel sorry to be born."
